Hourly prices are calculated from our base and end when vehicle returns to base, they do not include AM Surcharges, tolls or any other charges which will be billed accordingly if they apply.

Gratuity, tolls, STC are additional and based on a 3 hour minimum.

Airport Transfer Services

We offer flat rates to/from all NYC airports and all major airports around the globe. We accept all major credit cards including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, and Discover.

Corporate Accounts

Corporations who wish to open an account for their various transportation needs should contact our sales office at 914-573-1309. Special discounted rates available.

Additional Charges

Airport Parking

Generally $6.00 for the first hour of parking

Gratuity

20% for the chauffer based on the fare, stops and waiting time.

Fuel Sur Charge (STC)

10% of the rate

Additional Stops

Priced accordingly, usually between $10-25 depending upon time and distance

Tolls

Tolls are charged round trip

Waiting Time

  15 minutes of free waiting time is allowed on home and office pick-ups
  One hour free waiting time is included in all airport pick-up rates from the updated arrival time.
  After the free waiting time has expired, billed waiting time will be charged.
  It is charged in quarter hour increments, according to the hourly rate of the vehicle reserved.

Holiday Surcharge

$20 applies on: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (after 4 pm), Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (after 4 pm) and New Year’s Day.
The chauffeur receives the entire Holiday Surcharge.

Early Morning Surcharge

$10 for pick-ups between midnight at 5:45 am. The chauffeur receives the entire Early Morning Surcharge

Below 45th Street (Manhattan)

A charge of $20.00 will be added to the fare

Cancellation

Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation must be made prior to the established dispatch time. No shows and late cancellations will be billed accordingly.
